Man:
1 and 2 left, right, left
3 and 4 right, left, right
5 rock back on left
6 rock forward on right

Woman:
1 and 2 right, left, right
3 and 4 left, right, left
5 rock back on right
6 rock forward on left

Swing switch has five basic sets of swing:

1. Basic swing
Lady faces inside circle, gents face outside circle

2. Lady turns on the 3 and 4
Lady makes a full turn to her right, under the gent's left arm

3. Couples switch sides
Lady makes a half turn to her left, under the gent's left arm

4. Couples switch back
Same as above

5. Full left turn to new partner
Complete the full turn on the 1 and 2, 3 and 4 to the new partner.
Gent's left hand meets lady's right hand for the rock steps.
