Dance begins in Cape Position. Gentlemen on Ladies left facing Line Of Dance (LOD). Men's right hand in ladies right hand at her right shoulder. Men's left in ladies left hand at men's belt. Men's and ladies foot pattern is the same except where noted.

1-4:
Right heel, right toe, right heel, right together

5-8:
Left heel, left toe, left heel, left together

9-12:
Swivel both feet left, swivel both feet right, swivel both feet center, stomp right foot (weight on left)

13-14:
Shift weight to right foot with two hip shakes right

15-16:
Shift weight to left foot with two hip shakes left

17-20:
Shake hips right, left, right, left

21-22:
Shuffle forward right, left, right

23-24:
Rock forward left, back right

25-26:
Shuffle back left, right, left

27-28:
Rock back right, forward left
