This dance is exhausting, especially to the 6-minute club version of the song.

Dance begins on the up beat with Running Man steps AND bring up right knee

1. right foot comes down on floor and slides backward AND bring up left knee
2. left foot comes down on floor and slides backward AND bring up right knee
3. right foot comes down on floor and slides backward AND bring up left knee
4. left foot comes down on floor and slides backward AND bring up right knee
5. right foot comes down on ground slightly forward, roll weight on hip
6. roll weight back to left hip
7. roll weight forward to right hip
8. roll weight back to left hip (weight is rolled right to left in circular motion, not back and forth like Tush Push, try doing it double time, swaying forward on number. back on ANDs, it's fun!!)
9. right foot steps back
10. left foot steps in place
11. right foot steps forward
12. left foot steps in place
13. right foot steps back AND left foot steps in place
14. right foot steps forward AND left foot steps in place
15. right foot steps back AND left foot steps in place
16. right foot steps forward
17. left foot steps to left
18. right foot steps to left behind left leg
19. left foot steps to left
20. stomp together with right foot
21. right foot take gigantic step to right (2 feet or more, legs will be spread)
22. slide left foot to meet right
23. stomp with left foot
24. stomp with right foot
25. jumping jack with feet out AND jumping jack with feet in
26. jumping jack with feet out AND jumping jack with feet in and turn 1/2 turn to left (facing back)
27. jumping jack with feet out AND jumping jack with feet in
28. jumping jack with feet out

The next beats of the dance, as you touch your right foot out you will be turning 1/2 turn to left to face forward as you started.

29. Touch right foot out to side rotating your body (between 1-2 o'clock) AND sway back on left hip
30. Touch right foot out to side rotating your body (12 o'clock) At this point you would have turned a complete 1/4 turn to left AND sway back on left hip
31. Touch right foot out to side rotating your body (10-11 o'clock) AND sway back on left hip
32. Touch right foot out to side rotating your body (9 o'clock)

You will now be facing the direction you started in (what makes you think this dance was designed for a video?).
