- Stomp right foot beside left
AND Low kick right forwards
- Bend both knees, hook right ankle in front of left shin
AND Straightening legs, low kick right forward
- Bending both knees, lift right foot out to right side
AND Straightening legs, low kick right forward
- Bending knees, hook right ankle in front of left shin
- Step right foot to right side
AND Step left foot beside right
- Step right foot to right side
- Hold as left toe slides in slowly along floor towards right foot
AND Stomp left beside right
- Stomp right in place
Repeat to other side
- Stomp left foot beside right
AND Low kick left forwards
- Bend both knees, hook left ankle in front of right shin
AND Straightening legs, low kick left forward
- Bending both knees, lift left foot out to left side
AND Straightening legs, low kick left forward
- Bending knees, hook left ankle in front of right shin
- Step left foot to left side
AND Step right foot beside left
- Step left foot to left side
- Hold as right toe slides in slowly along floor towards left foot
AND Stomp right beside left
- Stomp left in place

- Step right forward
AND step left beside and slightly behind right

- Turn 1/2 right and shift weight forward to right foot

- Turn 1/2 left and shift weight forward to left foot
Together, out, out, toes in, heels in, toes in, point right and left, heel, toe
- Step right beside left
AND step left to left side
- Step right to right side (weight is now on both feet, toes pointed slightly out)
- Bending knees slightly, move both toes in
AND Move both heels in
- Move both toes in
- Point right toe to right side
AND Step right foot beside left
- Point left toe to left side
AND Step left foot beside right
- Touch right heel forward
AND Step right foot beside left
- Touch left toe back
Knee lifts, steps, turns, twists
- Bending left leg, lift left knee up and forward
- Low kick left foot back
- Lift left knee up again
AND Step left foot back
- Step right foot forward
- Step forward on left foot
- Turn 1/2 turn right, shifting weight forward to right foot
- Step forward on left foot
AND Turn 1/4 turn with weight on balls of both feet, twisting heels to left
- Twist heels to right, shifting weight to left foot
